The club was established in 1911. It was not until 2006 that the Union Sportive L’Isloise was structured and created a Rugby School in agreement with Lombez-Samatan Club. Today you can find Seniors, a Rugby School, Cadets, Juniors and Cadettes in L’Isle en Dodon. The Senior team evolves in Federal 3.
The colors of US L’Isloise are blue and white.
The club’s flag team plays at the Marius Campguilhem stadium, a stadium that takes its name from a wholesale grocer from L’Isle en Dodon who died in 1969. He was a fervent resistant, invested many years for the city of L’Isle-en-Dodon of which he was mayor from 1945 to his death.
