Football Club Villefranche de Lauragais

The club

The FCV teams use the infrastructures of the Parc Municipal des Sports de Villefranche de Lauragais.

The beautiful story

The city’s first rugby team was formed in 1906. 1988 was a great year for FCV during which the club joined Group A, which brought together the best French teams. The FCV will remain at the top for several seasons before being reclassified in Fédérale 1 and going down to Fédérale 2 in the 2000s, then in Fédérale 3 in the 2010s. Today the pennant team is evolving in Federal 2. FCV colors are red and white.

TITLES & RANKINGS

The FCV won the title of Champion of France Federal B (Reserve team of Federal 2) in 2019.
