The club

The beautiful story

RC Labarthais was created in 1982. The 40-year-old club has developed well with today more than 360 members and a 2-star rugby school. The colors of the RCL are Azure Blue and White. RC Labarthe evolves on the Aimé Paris ground which takes its name from a character closely linked to the history of Labarthe-sur-Lèze. Former Mayor of the town, with a family present in the town since the First Empire, he wrote a book on the town’s heritage, Labarthe-sur-Lèze and its time .

TITLES & RANKINGS

RC Labarthais won the title of Group 2 Occitanie Cup Champion in 2022. The club is now playing in Regional 2.

THE ICONIC PLAYER

Trained at the RCL as a player then referee, Julien Caulier devotes himself fully to refereeing at the age of 18. First in the young referees competition in 2019 then referee of Federal 3, he rose through the ranks little by little. Julien is now a National Division referee.
