Initially, the Ramonville club was created via the Rugby School in 1967. It was not until 1980 that the first senior team was created in the 4th series. As the seasons go by, the pennant team manages to climb up to Federal 3. After a few white years due to a lack of volunteers, the club reassembled a team in 2004 which today is evolving in Regional 2 with great ambitions for the future.
The colors of the USR are red and white.
