THE OCCITANE ECONOMY AND RUGBY AT JAPAN TIME

The economic development agency AD’OCC has chosen to focus on Japanese accounts. Over the past 5 years, activity with Japan has increased threefold. Around thirty Japanese companies employ 4,000 people. Invited for the SAMOA-JAPAN match, in Toulouse on September 28, a delegation of Japanese business leaders, owners and supporters of rugby clubs in their country, will come to talk about the local economy and the operation of Stade Toulousain, the most successful French club .

Toulouse organizes training for tourism professionals to help them better welcome the Japanese. Between 10,000 and 13,000 Japanese supporters are expected in the pink city which will be the base camp of the Japanese national team.
