2016: on May 27, the Union Sportive Cazérienne Rugby and the Rugby Club Cantonal Fousseretois , the two clubs from the north of Comminges, launched a footbridge over the A64 motorway and united their destinies by creating the Union Cazères Le Fousseret XV .
A new name which also comes with its colors: BLACK , the common color hyphen between the two original clubs, the Cazérien BLUE and the Fousseretois RED .
The two bell towers, so often opposed, now continue in the same spirit to perpetuate the values that were a reference on the banks of the Garonne and on the banks of the Louge: family spirit, country rugby and the training of young people.
BLACK – BLUE – RED , three colors now well established in the regional rugby landscape, three colors proudly worn by almost 400 licensees and by a growing number of partners and supporters.

The beautiful story
Spring/Winter 1973: almost simultaneously a few oval ball aficionados met in each of our two villages to try to establish rugby there.
The task was all the more difficult as the footballers who necessarily had the monopoly of the local lawns saw this happening with a dim view. Once their projects were well advanced, these courageous pioneers, who wanted to wear the colors of their villages, met with the football leaders to ask them for permission to wear blue and black for some and red and black for others. . Opposition was strong everywhere. Very strong even in Cazères, since the president of the time was the only one in favor among all the members of his office.
Well, when these meetings took place, reason prevailed. The two presidents took as much their responsibilities as the opposite of public opinion and those around them and acceded to the wishes of Camillle ROQUES and Jean-Pierre SOL.
The foundations were in place, time and the seasons would tell the rest of the story.

THE ICONIC PLAYER
Rather than making a difficult choice, these are three players from our training that we present to you.
BASTIEN CHALUREAU
(2nd line, born February 13, 1992)
Arrived late in rugby, Bastien is quickly passionate and does not take long to get noticed in the detections. Extraordinary size and ball player, he was spotted by Stade Toulousain, which he joined at the age of 17 to complete his training.
His progress is slowed by serious injuries. After stints at USA Perpignan, USO Nevers, a new stint in Toulouse, it was at Montpellier Hérault that his career took off. He touches the Grail of any rugby player in 2022 by winning the Shield of Brennus. In line with the brilliant season of the giant of 2.02 m and 115 kg, the coach opens the doors of the national team to him. With 5 caps, he is currently preparing this 2023 World Cup with the France group.

UGO SEGUELA
(1/2 scrum, born 02.14.2001)
From a very young age Ugo has been passionate about rugby, with a dad like his what could be more normal. At 5, he took his first license at the club, he stayed there for 5 seasons. With qualities well beyond the ordinary, he was quickly spotted and in Cadets he took the direction of Colomiers. He continued his apprenticeship and was selected regionally and then nationally where he knew the selection with all the French youth teams.
He is currently playing in PRO D2, still at Colomiers Rugby, as a scrum half. At 22, he has moved up a gear and asserts himself with each of his outings. Today, his career is well launched and he has become an essential part of Columérin rugby.
With his head firmly on his shoulders, he is also preparing his future with training as a professional trainer. And guess in which club he does the practical part of his alternation…. UCF XV.
PIERRE PAGES
(1/2 scrum, born 05.16.1990)
After studying at USC XV, Pierre was admitted to the Stade Toulousain training center. At 20, he joined SC Albi where he started in Pro D2. He will be selected for the French university team, but the rhythm between rugby and his studies as a pharmacist becoming very restrictive, he eases his foot down a notch to Castanet then to Blagnac. Christophe Deylaud is his coach with the ‘Caouecs’ and in 2018 when he hears that the Stade Toulousain is looking for a medical joker to make up for the absence of Antoine Dupont, he imposes him as the man he wants them. must.
The adventure has only just begun. Pierre gives complete satisfaction and benefits from more playing time. His contract will be renewed until 2020. Stubborn and hardworking, he took the opportunity to become French Champion with Stade Toulousain in 2019.
In 2020, he left Stade Toulousain and then signed with RC Vannes for two seasons. Pierre Pages currently defends the colors of US Carcassonne.
